I'm comfortable owning the whole journey — user research, wireframes, design systems, developer handoff, and increasingly the build itself. My current focus is AI-assisted product development, using tools such as Claude Code to take products from idea to prototype to production.

Production web/mobile apps, LINE OA chatbots, and automation for clients in FinTech, energy, and Web3. Since 2023 the studio runs an AI-assisted workflow — Claude Code and n8n — taking products from idea to prototype to production.
2018 – 2023 · Co-Founder & CPO
Led product from whitepaper to a live decentralized exchange — roadmap, protocol integrations, best-rate routing across 4 DEXs, and the KYC system built with AML/Compliance teams. Owned both product decisions and the dApp experience.
2022 – 2023 · UX/UI Lead
Built and drove adoption of a comprehensive design system for POS and back-office products — tokens, components, and docs used across teams — while leading designers and mentoring juniors.

Digital-asset platform operating under Thai cryptocurrency regulation. Ran day-to-day operations across product, engineering, compliance, and customer teams, translated evolving crypto regulation into practical compliance and security processes without degrading the user experience, and partnered with the CEO on strategy while staying hands-on with product and UX decisions.

Led a team of UX/UI designers and developers building PTT's POS and back-office platforms. Created and rolled out a comprehensive design system that keeps interfaces consistent and speeds up UI work across multiple products; managed projects from concept to launch and mentored junior designers.

Researched emerging DeFi platforms and turned the findings into end-to-end product flows for the Playbux Web3 platform. Ran user research, personas, and journey maps, validating designs through usability testing before development.

One of Thailand's first decentralized-exchange (DEX) aggregators. Owned product and interface design for DeFi applications across multiple blockchain protocols, and analyzed and designed the KYC onboarding system with AML and compliance officers — making a heavily regulated flow simple enough for mainstream users.
